What is the rental process?
This is where things get fun!
1. Set a date, time, and venue for your event or project.
2. Choose how you’d like to get in touch with us:
- Check out our Collection and make your own wish list that you can submit directly through our website.
- Fill out our Contact Form to let us know what you’re thinking about.
- Send us an email at info@paisleyandjade.com to share your thoughts and details.
- Call us at 804.381.4625 to talk through the details.
- Come visit our Collection in person! You can make an appointment here.
3. Once we’ve figured out the pieces you need to bring your vision to life, we’ll create a custom proposal.
4. You will take care of the paperwork – signing a contract and paying a deposit – to officially lock down your date.
5. We’ll bring everything to your venue, set it all up, and come back once the event is over to whisk it all away! No lifting or shifting required on your part.
If you choose to customize any items (which we highly recommend) we will take care of applying decals or painting in-house. Our team of experts can turn our rentals into a stunning centerpiece or standout decor that perfectly fits your vibe and style!
What if I don’t see what I want?
Just because it doesn’t exist yet, doesn’t mean it can’t be done!
We are open to bringing your ideas to life with our in-house team of carpenters, crafters, and curators.
In the past, we’ve built bars to spec, created new ceremony backdrops, custom built hutches, and even created a specialized wooden truss system to fit over our farm tables. If you’d like to discuss an idea with us, please reach out and let us know!
We’re located in the heart of Richmond, Virginia, and regularly serve Virginia, DC, parts of North Carolina & Maryland… but we love to travel. So let us know if your dream event is happening outside our main geographic region and we can definitely talk about it!
