Amanda & Steven were married in front of friends and family this past Fall at Blue Ridge Farm located in Afton, VA. Nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Jen Fariello captured the day perfectly that was pulled together and designed by Marissa with Orpha Events! Amanda & Steven made the trip to RVA to check out their options in person and landed on the new Marshall Collection! We were so excited about this new line of upholstered furniture and bars that were built in house and this setting was the perfect debut!
Guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside under string lights on The Marshall Collection with soft hues of blue pillows and sprinkled in the trio of oversized wooden lanterns.
Wooden Aperture cocktail tables with canvas umbrellas sprinkled the yard to provide shade and place to put down cocktails!
One of the charming buildings on the property held the Copper Bar and lounge area which consisted of the Square Leather Poufs, Brighton Chairs with round gold and glass coffee table on the Roth rug.
Guests found their seats inside the reception bar on this custom seating chart which was gold frames that held cork board inserts wrapped in a neutral linen fabric made free standing with wooden floor easels.
The Barn reception consisted of a mix of tables with the head table paired with the Mismatched White Upholstered Dining Room Chairs. The remaining guests sat a mix of round tables and the square Marshall Dining Tables with Mismatched Vintage Bentwood Chairs.
The couple chose the simple yet elegant Caned Settee as their sweetheart seating at the head table!
While the Marshall collection filled the cocktail hour yard, the barn Reception held a more sweet and vintage set up with the Bartlett settee, Cather Rug, Rattan Poufs, Gretna wingback and the Abilene chair!
