Well, THIS is exciting! We have been eagerly awaiting the premiere of Richmond Rehabbers on HGTV and boy was it worth the wait! Since we’re all about giving “old” things new life here at P&J, we were thrilled to work with our friends at Cobblestone Development Inc! We’re proud to have been a small part of their recent rennovation project which also happened to be the focus of a new HGTV pilot! We always love working with home-staging clients and this particular project might just hold a spot in the P&J hall of fame! We had so much fun getting creative with the stylist at Native Nest and are proud that our #pandjpretties helped add some pizazz to the big reveal! Breese and Josh Romano with Cobblestone Development Group have mastered the art of transforming some of Richmond’s historic properties into affordable modern homes! This particular design excels in seamlessly mixing modern and vintage elements. I spy our lovely little Beaufort Settee and can we talk about that dark stained door and black and white staircase?! Swoon.

Heading upstairs we get to see the unique character and accents in each bedroom. We love how a few #pandjpretties made their way into these looks adding some vintage charm and unique character!

The Marietta Chaise Lounge looks picture perfect in this bedroom design! We also love our Decorative End Tables being used here as nightstands. These pieces help tie together this simple look that has just the right amount of eclectic flair!

We loved being part of a second fun and eclectic bedroom design for the new homeowner’s little five year old daughter. This one utilized our vintage Wrought Iron Bed and Black & White Cowhide Rug!

Our White Two Tiered Tables work wonderfully as nightstands!

Oh how charming is this dining area? Our Industrial Shelving, Midcentury Bar Cart and Silver Ombre Glassware make great accent and display pieces! Our Christie Rug also helps add a pretty pop of color to this crisp and neutral space! I also spy a handsome little duck sitting pretty on those shelves. This show just might give Danny Icebreaker his big break! He’s so Hollywood. 🙂

Smallwares come in super handy when it comes to home staging projects! Our Turquoise Glass Vessel is styled simply and perfectly with some funky feathers for this vignette.

They say the kitchen is the heart of the home and we have to agree! If our kitchen looked like this, I can assure you that’s where we’d be spending most of our time! With gorgeous gray, bright white and bold black accents, this room was a perfect spot for our sleek Midcentury Bar Stools! Oh, and that tile! Swoon again.

Don’t you just want to make yourself comfortable at this kitchen island with a crisp glass of chardonnay and a charcuterie board? Yeah. Us too.
Possibly our second favorite space of the home is the magnificent front porch! Our Handled Pedestal Urns add a welcoming touch of greenery to this stunning front door design!

Who says a swing is the only thing you can hang on your front porch? We adore this sweet al-fresco set up that includes our Small Hanging Farm Table and set of White & Wood Blocked Chairs. This design is functional, unexpected and oh-so-inviting!
