We love working on corporate and education events of all shapes and sizes, and we get super excited when clients ask us to work with them on designing a stage set up for panel speakers!! Gone are the days of folding chairs behind six foot tables – there is now an opportunity to make the stage set up an extension of the event design, brand, or product!!! We started with a backdrop of our Hedge Walls and Frame Backdrop to give the space some definition. For a more traditional style of panel, we included Bentwood Barstools, with an Aperture Cocktail Table separating the moderator from the panel. Our Dickinson Rug and Faux Fiddle Leaf Fig warmed the entire scene up!
Panel Seating – Upholstered Chairs
For something more intimate and home-y, we replaced the Bentwood Barstools with upholstered chairs. We love how the green velvet of the Dexters plays on the green of the Hedge Walls, and our pink Madison Chairs compliment the rug perfectly! Again, we’ve separate the moderator with a small Drexel End Table, and if needed could easily add a Modern Coffee Table for the panelists to place materials, waters, or other items.

Our last version of this panel seating includes a mix of both tall chairs and upholstered items, which are still a cohesive look with the backdrop.
