We do this through our very special collection of rentals, which spans furniture and decor and includes many antique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind pieces you won’t find elsewhere.
And when we can’t find what we’re looking for, we design and make it from scratch. Whether that’s building furniture to match your particular specifications, or customizing one of our already gorgeous pieces with custom paint, wallpaper, or trim, our production team is really talented and always willing to make something gorgeous.

Our #pandjpretties live in our warehouse in the heart of Richmond, Virginia, where you can take a tour (by appointment) and see them for yourself if you’d like! But we happily work with clients across the Mid-Atlantic.
Delivery Is Always Included
We’re proud of each and every specialty rental in our collection, which is why we include full-service installation and retrieval of your rental order. Sure, we could call it “delivery” and “pick-up,” but our service goes far beyond dropping our furniture or decor at your doorstep.
Our dedicated warehouse team will carefully pack and transport your rentals to your event, making sure nothing breaks or is damaged in transport — an important factor, considering many of our rentals are antiques and one-of-a-kind! We include on-site assembly and placement with the installation service, even if you have multiple venues for your event. Afterwards, our team will disassemble, pack, and remove your rentals so you don’t have to lift a finger.
